I had to return the items that I purchased - not from defect or anything, but because my dad went into a nursing home suddenly and the company was great to deal with.
They were very helpful with the return and quick to credit my refund. Highly reccommend them!

These pads are wonderful. They solve more problems with incontinence than anything on the market. They can be used by caregivers who have responsibility of taking care of elderly. They can be used in baby cribs, in chairs where incontinent persons sit.
There are several brands and varieties of reusable waterproof bed pads on the market, but we have had better luck with the Blue Max. We will continue to buy those. We have washed these over and over and they show no sign of wear. These will continue to be the ones for us.

So far, I'm really pleased with these pads. The quality seems to be very good, and they do the job they claim to. I was having to change my elderly mother's sheets several times a week. I purchased three of these pads so that I could just rotate them as needed. I'm happy to say that they've filled the need I was seeking to fill. The pads hold their placement on the sheets, and do not bunch up when she turns during sleep. The size is good for covering a substantial area. All in all, very good product.

This product is exactly as described. It is soft, quiet and great protection for many different needs. The vendor shipped quickly, and this item is well-priced for its quality. This item is high quality, and should be considered by anyone looking for protection for almost any surface.

This product was great for my grandmother. I am ordering another one now so I have a backup while the first one is in the wash. She doesn't complain about it at all and it's not uncomfortable, costly, or slightly noisy like the disposables. Would recommend this product.
