We bought this chair to use for transporting my 94 year old aunt to church and doctor appointment and the like. It is soooo much lighter than her previous chair! We no longer feel like our backs are going to break lifting her chair in and out of the back of the car (we have a Blazer and so have to lift a chair pretty high up to get it loaded). We have found the chair to be easy to use. It is very maneuverable. My aunt, who can be kind of picky to say the least, loves it. She especially likes it when she gets a compliment about her pretty red chair!
