Highly recommend. Very helpful and sturdy September 1, 2008 Takes some effort to install, although it is very easy to figure out. You have to unscrew your toliet seat to install. It is worth the effort and small amount of time involved. Very sturdy and adjusts easily. In combination with a seat riser, it really makes a huge difference. I purchased this with a seat riser and got a break on the shipping....that ended up being a good move.
Medline toilet safety rails August 30, 2008 The rails were exactly what we needed. Sturdy and easy to install, and they flip up for easy cleaning underneath. They were easy to assemble and the delivery was quick. Couldn't be better!
Excellent for elderly August 11, 2008 I purchased this for my grandmother and she loves it! I also purchased one for my Mother in Law and she loves it as well. It makes it much easier for them. This product is wonderful.
It works! August 4, 2008 We got this for my uncle, who had fallen a few times in the bathroom, and who sometimes suffered with knee problems that made it difficult to stand up from the toilet.
It was easy to install and has added security and stability for him. I am very pleased.
Nice item, but seems a little jittery?!?! March 16, 2008 I installed this according to manufacturer recommendations and my mother likes it, but the legs seem jittery, like they can slide a little. This may frighten her if she's using the toilet in the middle of the night. I have to put some kind of rubber reinforcement on the bottom of the foot so it doesn't slide as much (there is shiny linoleum in my mother's apartment and I can't put a bath rug underneath because she uses a walker and will trip). I was pleased with the price and the ease of install, just a little freaked out by the slight wobble.
