 Didn't help me....... August 16, 2008
This product didn't help with my chronic constipation. Saw no changes after taking for a month.
 Its been working for me July 11, 2008
I've been taking 2 a day, and an occasional third. This product works much better than others I have tried, and I've tried a lot. I'm glad that I found it, its a regular (hehe pun intended) part of my routine now.

I have had intermittent battles with painful constipation and gas my entire life and following the birth of my youngest child, it seemed everything had gone completely haywire. Found a box of this stuff at my local grocery store and thought, "What the hay...I'm willing to try anything at this point". I've been taking this product for several weeks now. As was mentioned earlier, it did take some time to really see results (at least 10 days). But it has helped a great deal. It's not a magic pill, I still have to eat healthy(lots of fiber), drink my water, and exercise...but those are things I should be doing anyway. I've been very happy with how it has turned out. Even if it ends up not working for you, it's at least worth a try.
Finally something that works December 18, 2007
I have been suffering for a year with chronic constipation. I have tried everything out there. I even had to start laxatives on a twice weekly basis, which I know I should not do, but had no choice. This is a wonderful solution to a terrible problem with no side effects. I highly recommond this product.
Keeps regularity October 10, 2007
This doesn't work quite as well as a natural product that I used to use, however, that product isn't manufactured anymore so I had to find an alternative. I am completely comfortable with taking this daily (as it is also recommended daily) and there are no side effects that I have experienced. So, if you suffer from constipation on a continual basis, this is the product to turn to for help to put an end to that.
