This was purchased as a replacement from my previous Sensonic that finally 'died' after 10+ years. I think the two speed options + the 30 second timers are great. and the additional gum-specific brush is a nice addition.
The shipper sent it in good time. I was a bit surprised that the product box was unsealed/not wrapped in what I would have expected as its original plastic wrap. Also no warranty card/information was enclosed.
Still the product itself is working as expected...and I am pleased with the product. But in the event that something 'breaks' two years from purchase, I don't see any recourse on my end to remedy the issue.

This is my second Sensonic toothbrush, it took me a lot of searching to find it again. I purchase my first one from K-Mart and it lasted for so long. But K-Mart closed in my hometown and i finally found it at Amazon. I love the feeling of going to the dentist everyday. It is a great product, and i am glad to have another one. The brush I used in between this one and my first one was not up to the quality of Waterpik.
