Great educational book, easy to read and incorporate April 29, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I found this book educational and easy to read. Written in plain language that I can easily read through. I have no nutritional education and never took chemistry classes. I usually find this kind of info hard to understand but could easily grasp everything in this book. It provides general explanations and great advise & real life examples. It's a great resource for busy working or not working parents who want to get their kid on with a good start in life. I also highly recommend her other book The Natural Makeover Diet, which is also written in the same easy to read language. Both books provide great explanation about healthy nutrition, what happens in the body, and gives great tools to live a healthy life. No diets, it's an education for life.
