This ball is inferior to other products of the same size. The material is weaker and therefore if you are a bit heavier than average the ball does not maintain it's shape. That is to say taht you can not do situps as it becomes too "flat". I tried inflating it more until I could not inflate it any moer and it still flattens out when you sit on it. I previously purchased a 95cm ball by Physioball (like the one I had been using in Physical Therapy)and it did not flatten when sat upon. I had no problem with the ball (until the cat puntured it). I do NOT recomend this ball if you are overweight. Look for one which is a bit pricier as they seem to be made of a better (thicker perhaps) material. If I had the paper work I would return this ball!!
