I bought the red. It's much firmer than Theraputty red. I wish I had known that earlier.

It's like strong silly putty!
I used this stuff when I was in occupational therapy for an amputated fingertip. It's great for strengthening hand muscles, and pushing your fingers into it will help desensitize them.

I have three children who are on the spectrum, and they love thera putty. It's really good for finger and hand strength exercises. It is also a great thing to take along to occupy them when we have to wait some place like a doctors office. They prefer the yellow kind since it has the least resistance, but I have several colors so that they can work on their muscle tone. They play and work at the same time. Great!
