They're really helpful for making my exercises feel more fluid and balanced. Also, these handels make it much more comfortable than wrapping the bands around my hands, which is especially annoying with the heavier weighted bands.

On my foam handles I covered mine with a good quality nylon tape. As per the other reviews that I read. Overall I like them just right for my hands. For the money they are my choice.

Perfect for getting a grip on Theraband elastics. Easy to use, and makes holding the Theraband so easy.

Have to agree with those other reviewers who said these handles are not durable. The foam rubber handle covers on mine started to crumble after only a couple months of use. Poor quality. If they're meant to be used for vigorous exercise, they need to be better quality to last. I got one of the other brands of exercise handles (which you can find via a search) and they are much stronger and more durable than these Thera-band crumblers.

I got these on a whim - I didn't really think I would need them, but I splurged, and I'm glad I did. They really make it so much easier to use the Therabands. Plus, I've found that I have a latex allergy, but I can still use the Therabands as long as I'm using these handles. It took me a minute to figure out how to tighten the bands in, but once I did I found that they were very secure. These handles are light and feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are going to exercise with the Therabands!
