The Aqua/Whirl turbine, with its ? h.p. motor, produces strong undulating waves combined with thousands of tiny bubbles that provide true hydromassage action. Adjustable pressure control allows you to set the rate of agitation according to individual requirements. The turbine mounts on a variable-height post so the impeller depth can be varied. The impeller easily switches to a pump that evacuates the water through the hose and nozzle assembly. The sturdy stand includes locking casters for mobility and adjusts from 6" to 21" in height. The handle on the cranking mechanism can be folded away for storage. The tank on the plastic model is constructed of tough, stain resisting ABS plastic and incorporates comfortable side rest areas. It measures 20" wide x 14 ?" high at front, 11" wide x 11?" high at rear and is 30" long. The tank on the stainless steel model measures 24"L x 14?"W x 15"H. In the interest of hygiene there are no seams in either model. On the Podiatry model the turbine & tank is the same as on the stainless steel model, but on a permanently LOW stand and as such is designed for the treatment of foot, ankle, and lower leg. The turbine is placed on a gas assisted raising and lowering post for proper vertical positioning of the air/water stream, easy removal of the tank and lowering of the pump assembly into the water accumulator.
