 This Stuff Really Works! November 17, 2008
To begin, I am a 25 year old male, a big guy too. I had been curious about trying N.O.-Xplode after hearing good things about it from coworkers. The first day I tried it I honestly didn't feel the "rush" that people claim they feel. I was disappointed, but then I kept on trying it and noticed a great increase in energy. I can lift more and work out for longer, not to mention that the focus increases as well. The only "con" about this product is that if you take it you won't be able to sleep for the next 3-4 hours, so I wouldn't suggest using it if you work out right before sleeping, especially if it cuts into your sleeping hours. All in all, this product works like it claims to be, even if you don't feel that sudden rush. I went from 2 scoops to 1 1/2 because they actually produce the same results for me.
Great Pre Workout Supplement November 12, 2008
NO-XPLODE is a great pre-workout supplement. It really helps me get through those early morning workouts as well as makes it easier to push yourself harder. After a few weeks of use you can also tell the difference as far as pumps go. It is one of the only supplements that really makes a difference for me.
The grape flavor isn't the best but it is the cheapest, so I put up with it. I also wouldn't take it if you work out at night unless you want to be up all night. Heed the warnings about assessing tolerance if it's the first time you use it.

I first used this a year ago. Very good pump, energy, stamina. The creatine can cause a sore stomach, so sensitive people might consider a half dose. These days this product is much less effective and thus not worth the price. As the company basically says, this product should be cycled (and you should abstain from similar products for a few weeks). This product has a proprietary blend of NO precursers and pro energy (ie vitamins)ingredients. That's good, but the caffeine dose is huge, that's a mixed bag. You'll have to judge your compatibility with that for yourself.

I love this product and all other BSN products I have taken. They do what they say they will and that is the important part. We are not into buying products are we? We are seeking to buy results and that is what this gives. I use it in combination with the Syntha-6 and the Axis-HT and my friends in the gym say "Your drugs working" and I say "Only the red bottle". The results are visible and it feels like evolution. But you have to train dont forget, you have to train, this is something additional.

I am a woman and I bought this product because I have been getting tired during my workouts and needed a boost. I'm strength training and doing cardio to loose some weight. So far I have noticed a slight increase in my energy level during a workout but it also made me sick to my stomach. I'm going to try taking it after a protein shake and see what happens.
