Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Tune your body for archery season with this exerciser. It was created by a sports physical therapist and avid archer who recognized the importance to archers of upper body strength and the ability to hold the bow at full draw longer. This lightweight portable trainer incorporates power-building exercises specifically targeted to improve your archery strength, performance and stamina. The handle is designed for use by both release aid and finger shooters. Resistance is adjustable within to match your exact draw weight. Medium 30-5o lbs.

Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Good exercise, but beware!   August 10, 2007
The Bowfit Exerciser is a good tool for conditioning/strengthening your bow-drawing muscles, but the instructions are vague on the actual draw weight in the two configurations possible. They should also insist that the user wear safety goggles (not glasses) - I've had these stretch tubes let go (on another company's exercise device), and the thought of one of them coming back in one's face at full draw is frightening.
