I have two of these scooters and just love them. I have owned these scooters for three years and would purchase another the same day either of them would stop working I like them so, much.
I really think my money was well spent on these. I bought two because, if one is in the shop I still have one to use. They are so, inexpensive I can do this unlike the price of many scooters of lesser value. These scooters require no special van or lift. You can fold them up and put them in the trunk of a regular car.
A child can lift them into a van if you take the center seat out of the van. This is how I transport my scooter. My 7 year old grandaughter can help me lift it into my van. I cannot do it by myself but, with just a bit of light help I can lift it into the middle of my van.
You can shop in malls so, easy and get around in places some people cannot walk. The speed on this scooter is so, fast people in the malls joke with me all the time that they are going to give me a speeding ticket. lololol
I can go between 6 to 10 miles per charge. As for what is wrong with the scooter, perhaps the seat could use a bit more padding but, other than that I really am hard pressed to find anything wrong with this scooter. The two wheels in the front also, is great because, it keeps it from turning over like a three wheel scooter does.
If you need mobility away from home this is the answer. I would not want it for several hours of sitting because, it is not made for that, you would want a more padded type chair but, for traveling or shopping or going to a dr. or hospital or visiting friends. This is the TOP OF THE LINE. I like to take it to church it goes very easy down the church aisles and leaves room for others to walk by me.
