Bought for 7x feature October 30, 2007
As other reviewers for other models complained, the 3 level light is useless, unless for some reason you wanted a night light. The frame is very sensitive to touch so it's easy to accidentally turn the light on. But the reason I bought it was it was on sale for 19.99 and was cheaper than buying an unlit version at 7x, which I've had a hard time finding in my area. There is NO distortion on the 7x or plain mirror. It is big and bulky, so I won't be taking it on vacation, but I'm glad I have it for work mornings.
