Shipping Costs June 2, 2008 This product was exactly as I expected and was at a good price. However, I bought it with Amazon's One Click service, so I did not see the shipping charges, which nearly equalled the cost of the walker. Had I known the shipping charges, I may have looked locally before buying. But in any event, we like the walker.
Great For Little Trips May 1, 2008 My only complaint for this device is it will not go over dirt, pebbles, some grass, or bumpy areas. I've had to lift it up, causing me back pain, and other problems. I'd imagine, it is not built for these obstacles. Inside the home it works so well, and I can carry favorite items, including a small feeding pump, keeping needed objects nearby. Suffering from a multitude of illnesses, makes accessing objects difficult, making the basket an added bonus!
Best walker at this price! December 31, 2007 Quality, workmanship, and price are unbeatable. The tracking was a little confusing. Delivery took 2 days longer than indicated.
No instructions included. No brake locks. October 2, 2007 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
I received this item in the mail. It was easy to put together, despite not having any instructions included in the package. Also, at this point, I cannot find what they refer to as the "locking loop ergonomic brake with thumb saver button locks." This item needs to have brake locks to be safe and useful.
A great product July 18, 2007 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I bought this on a gamble, because I was moving and have a spinal-cord injury. I only wish all my other gambles had paid off this well. This product exceeded not only my expectations, but my hopes, as well. It is very well-made of good materials and obviously sturdy. It required virtually no assembly and worked like a charm, right out of the box. With the seat and the basket, I can carry a lot of stuff and still keep my hands on the grips for balance. The wheels are big enough for me to use this rig for walks in the woods and, if I get tired, which happens more often than I'd like, I can just sit down, listen to the birds, and catch a breather. I'm not sure the tires are fat enough to be useful in mud or sand, which gives me a good excuse to stay out of those wretched conditions. It folds up nicely to fit in my trunk and I look forward to a long and interesting relationship with this tool. I would recommend it to anyone with limited mobility.
