Everything about this item is excellent with one exception. It is difficult to fold down to traveling configuration. I am on oxygen and it wears me out to close it down or open it up.

I purchased this item today 009501. But I had one bought from walmart a couple years ago. Well after a few months it broke at a rivit on the frame where it allowes it to fold. I called HUGO customer no service and they advised that you can not use it for moving a person.
It is a seat only. Well I tried repairing it and it held for a year but I decided to go ahead and get another. Next time I won't be so honest.

Another thing that concerns me and will deal with it when the hugo arrives...BUT the 9501 pictured on amazon.com does not match the 9501 at the hugo web page, this should be intersting...the amazon picture matches the higher priced hugo web pictures like the 979.

Love the blue color!! Have used it for 4 months now and it's just great for getting around as my muscles get weaker and weaker. Gets into all doorways, and will rotate around me easily. The brakes do the job, keeping me in place on our slightly inclined patio when I am sunning. The storage container has become the place for all the things I 'might' need. Before, I was always retracing my steps to get what I forgot, or just doing without. I call it my hot rod.

This is the second HUGO Rolling Walker that I have purchased for my elderly mother and we couldn't be happier. It was very easy to assemble and there were no tools needed. HUGO has also fixed the only fault that I had with the earlier model as I had many times pinched my fingers why it unfolded on its own why removing it from my vehicle. It now stays folded until you pull a knob that allows it to unfold. My mother actually purchased a different brand from a medical supply store which allowed partial reimbursement from Medicare, but quickly returned it as she had to basically throw her purse into the wire basket which was in front of the walker. We both quickly realized that items could come loose from her purse and fall through the wire basket. So even though we were not able to get any kind of reimbursement from Medicare for this walker, we both feel much better about our purchase. My mother loves the seat and the enclosed basket that is under it to store everything from her purse to water bottles and of course a book as my mother is an avid reader.

I ordered this product as a replacement walker for my husband. It works perfectly for his needs, is lightweight ,folds easily ...which makes it very easy for me to get in and out of the car and to carry or move as necessary.
