A real blessing January 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have trouble being on my feet very long. I just got this walker before my husband was hospitized for 2 months. It enable me to go the distance needed and was a life saver. Had many people comment on how well I was able to get around and wanted to know where I got it.
SO much easier than a regular walker April 18, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It is a wonderful thing. Just got it, and I love it all ready. I can scoot about sitting down, when I'm in a grocery store, eliminating the need for an electric cart, or walk. And it is so much easer to walk on this than a traditional walker. I move so much faster.
The Big Man's Walker January 12, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This rolling walker is great! My father-in-law is on O2, 24/7. He has COPD and can get winded easily if he is exerting himself on his walks. He's a big guy: 6'2", 260lbs and this walker is up anything he can dish out. The handles are just right for his height at the highest setting, the seat is nice and wide but it is also a little higher than a chair so he can get up from a seated position easily. The basket is large enough to hold his oxygen tank. The brakes work great, push down on the lower grip to lock the rear wheels or squeeze them like bicycle handbrake levers for fine brake control. The only drawback may be that it doesn't fold quite small enough for a full-sized car trunk; the handles need to be removed for it to fit.
