Good product at very nice price November 2, 2007

I had been looking to get an electronic stethoscope for a long time with noise reduction due to a recent experience with diagnosis in a noisy and emotionally charged environment. This product meets my requirements very well - Thank you. The price is very nice and a real bargain compared to the price at the retail stores - how do you manage this?
It is not usable straight out of the box and would require some AAA batteries, I guess. Just received the product now and planning to test after I get some batteries. But there are great reviews out there and am expecting nice results.
