This table was and still is an answer to prayer!!! November 27, 2008
I have had this table since July 2008. (now Nov. 2008)
I had to do best rest due to an injury. This table actually kept me out of the hospital because I am one that won't stay in bed if I don't have my computer and all the stuff I need. I also have a home based business and I could do all my business from bed. I am now still using it for my laptop instead of a major custume computer center (lol). It is literally more comfortable. You would have to fight me for it (lol). I am about to order another one so my husband can have one for his laptop on his side of the bed. It is easy to clean. Has an indentation for 2 cups but not high enough to get in the way if you just want the flat serface. Easy one hand adjustment (I have shoulder injuries also). I love it love it love it. I, needless to say, highly recommend it. (Comes down to a level for easy use in bed). That's all I can think of.
Very functional overbed table October 3, 2008
The item was very easy to assemble (approx 5-10 mins), with all tools included (two allen keys and a small wrench). I was impressed with the smoothness of the gas strut height adjustment, and the overall robustness and quality of the unit. One cosmetic flaw on the unit that I received was on the adjustment lever which was unevenly partially coated (metal showing through in some areas), which should have been rejected at the factory.. but it is usually out of view, and does not affect the functionality. Works great as a stand for a computer monitor when sitting in bed, the load capacity is never in question (50 lb max). Moving the table when not in use is a cinch, it's stable and rolls easily over household carpets. Would have been nice to have locking casters, and maybe the tray could be slightly larger/deeper.. but as is, I can highly recommend it for purchase and would replace mine with the same unit without hesitation.

After surgery this was perfect for the bed and later when I was able to move to the armchair for my laptop. I hated being told to sit still for six weeks and this helped so much! Thank you Medline!

Great table. Purchased it for my laptop for a smaller room with no space for a full desk. I ordered it on Monday from Amazon with Free Super Saver shipping, and it still arrived the same week on Friday. The table can be assembled out of the box; you don't need any of your own tools to put it together (it comes with two Allen wrenches and a small wrench for the casters). Feels very sturdy and glides well. Easy to adjust the height of the table. Overall, great product and buying experience (previously tried to buy a table that the seller wasn't actually going to ship - found out after waiting over two weeks)
