This Rollator walker works better than my old N**a walker, I have had no trouble with the brakes at all (a little note--we thought they were defective when we got the walker-- it turns out that, at least while they are new, YOU HAVE TO FIRMLY PULL THE BREAK LEVER TOWARDS YOU,( PULL IT AWAY FROM THE WALKER, THEN PUSH IT DOWN. THEN THE AUTO LOOP BRAKES ENGAGE).
The walker is very light weight and strong.One small con would be if you are shorter than 5'6" than the lowest handle position may be too high, this walker could easily work with someone 6'8" or taller, as the handles go quite high if needed.
Note: It comes with a soft cloth black vinyl basket, not a wire one as we thought. This turns out to be much better for us as it is fully collapsible without removing the basket, and small things do not fall though it.

A very nice rollator indeed. No real assembly required and the item is very sturdy. Don't order any walker/rollator sight unseen. While this was a wonderful product, it wasn't "right" for my aunt. We ended up taking her to a medical supply store and letting her 'test drive' some rollators.

This four wheel walker has only one flaw. The brake lock does not work on one side. The instructions are to return it if the brake doesn't work properly but that's more trouble than it's worth.
