 Just a gimmick! September 30, 2008
I think these shoes are an expensive gimmick. The brunt of a step is felt in the arch of the foot. I have since heard a orthopedic surgeon from San Francisco discuss the shoes. She had nothing positive to say.
Walker's Warehouse prompty processed my refund when I returned the shoes. I find it interesting that the shoes are based on Masai technology. So perhaps we should follow their lead and go barefoot. You don't see these shoes on their feet!

Shipping was super fast and the sandals are wonderful. They have helped with foot pain and my walking posture has improved along with some lower back pain. I would definately buy them again in the future. A bit pricey, but worth it.

THIS SHOE HAS SAVED MY BACK!!! IT ADJUSTS 3 DIFFERENT WAYS SO IT REALLY FITS WELL. I BROKE MY FOOT LAST SUMMER & THE ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON TOLD ME THE SHOES I HAD ON WOULD STABILIZE MY FOOT BETTER THAN ANYTHING HE HAD. I REALLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. I'VE BEEN WEARING THIS SANDALS FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. I HAVE THE SNEAKERS AS WELL AND LOVE THEM TO0.

I got these sandals on clearance - but they are worth the full price, as are any MBT shoes. I suffered from chronic back and knee pain - and MBT's have not only eliminated that pain, but allowed me to keep a job that keeps me on my feet all day long. The sandals are great because they are lighter than the regular shoes, but still give you that great pep to your step......
