5 out of 5 stars Very Nice Accessory to Your Bread Machine!   January 6, 2009
I purchased this book as an additional gift for my daughter for Christmas. It is the perfect companion to the Breadman TR2500BC Ultimate Plus 2 Pount Stainless Steel Convection Breadmaker.

4 out of 5 stars Finally good loaves of bread!!!   January 3, 2009

I got this book for Christmas and have been making bread and rolls daily since then because I've been so pleased with the results. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I had to add a LOT more flour for the sweet dough recipe, so much more that I found it hard to believe it was due to a difference in machines. My machine is a Sunbeam and uses the least amounts of liquids listed in the recipes, and for most of the breads I've tried I've had to add a few tbsp more flour during the mixing process. My husband is so excited and has loved everything I've made so far.

5 out of 5 stars Great for Zojirushi bread machine   September 1, 2008

Bought this book almost a year ago when I got my new Zojirushi (BBCC-X20) bread maker. Have used the book every week since and have never been disappointed. Use measures for "large" bread and the largest amount of liquid that the recipe calls for. If recipe calls for vital wheat gluten, use it. Also, as every bread maker knows but I learned the hard way, be sure to spoon flour rather than scoop it! Zojirushi needs a little help sometimes with the more dense breads to even out the dough after the final knead cycle but even the funny looking breads tasted great! Highly recommend this book, especially for anyone using this bread maker.

5 out of 5 stars Love it   August 26, 2008

This book is a wonderful source for bread recipes. I have tried several and love them all. It is easy to follow and the recipes have great results.

3 out of 5 stars Not awful, but not what I was hoping for   June 21, 2008

From the reviews, I expected this to be better. It has some nice recipes, but I didn't think the troubleshooting part was extensive enough. I was also disappointed that so many recipes just said how to make dough, and then take it out to complete the recipe, some with a lot of work. I can do this as easily and neatly without a bread machine. I have it to reduce cleanup and pay less attention to baking, so I wanted more from a bread machine book. I think I would have done better to stick with my own baking books, and use a little adaptation advice from the net to make some of them in the bread machine. [...].
