 Good shaver, not good trimmer January 4, 2009
The razor still works but the plastic attachments are plastic and break easily. I am ordering another brand but I could not recommend this. The whole reason for having a beard/mustache trimmer is having quality attachments that allow for different levels of trim. The quality of these attachments is sub par and not worth it at any cost.

I bought this not too long ago to replace an old norelco trimmer. This wahl one looked good, but it had too many problems. First, I could not get the attachments on or off. It shouldn't be that complicated. More importantly, this trimmer hurts. It would catch the hair and not cut it evenly. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Back to the Norelco.

The adjustable plastic trimmer is difficult to assemble and adjust.
The width of the blade is good for trimming hair in the lower lip area.

Not a cheap little gadget.. sturdy and well built. In this class of trimmer, this is what you want.

Works great so far (1 month). The plastic fittings are a little tricky but once they get broke in (loosen up) they work well.
