Best Silica in the Market May 12, 2007

This product is better than any other silica labled supplements in the market because it has the highest content of the active ingredient (Silica). I learned about it after my friend had a fracture and took it to help regenerating connective tissue, he had a very rapid recovery. I take it as a daily supplement for hair, skin and nails. The results are wonderful. I prefer the caps over the gel because it's easier to remember. If I have to get the gel from the fridge, I'll probably forget. But the gel is supposed to be even better.
