I take one 15 minutes before eating 3 times a day - use for diabetic neuropathy to prevent it's advance and promote nerve health.
Best so far April 11, 2008
I've tried other brands of Alpha Lipoic acid, but I like the sustained version of Jarrows product,because its slow release.
