I've been using 7-Keto but didn't know the dose to make a difference is 200mg daily until I read up on it. I now take one 100mg NOW brand 7-Keto twice daily & I've seen a difference even when I was sick & couldn't work out for 2 weeks. I think it's helped me a great deal & Allstar Health has the best price with superfast delivery.
