Expected a 10 motor massager - got the 5 motor one. It works fine. Give some time to get use to it...I gave it as a gift; reciever seems happy with it.

For $20 I really expected a complete piece of junk. The three separate motorized sections are pretty strong. I have no idea how they make this product and still make a profit off of $20, but I am impressed!
4 stars for being such a great working product and a 5th star for the amazing price!

THIS PRODUCT WAS BROUGHT FOR MY MARINE SON IN LAW, WHO IS LIKE A SON TO ME. HE WAS INJURED IN THE IRAQ WAR DURING HIS SECOND TOUR THERE. THIS WAS A SURPRIZE BIRTHDAY PRESENT. MY SON RECIEVED A BROKEN LEG, AND BURNED A PLACE ON ONE OF HIS ARMS BY A IUD THROWN AT HIS PATROL WHILE THERE. HE JUST RECENTLY RECIEVED HIS GIFT AND HAS NOT A COMPLAINT. MY Daugther called a military dependant, is pregnant with theire third child has used is and is very, very happy with the product. They have not used the heat feature YET. i recommend buy, buy, buy, buy with out hesitation or delay. QUICK SHIPPING. EXCELENT PACKING UPS NO DAMAGE APON ARRIVAL.
