Great product...a confusing delivery, but seller fixed it! August 31, 2008
The product is everything it is represented to be and we could not be happier with it. Delivery was quick...no difficult assembly! Its a welcome addition here!
Situation was initially confused when the sale and delivery was duplicated.....we received TWO at the same time!
Returning the second one took some email communication initially BUT the company came through and resolved the problem for us!

I bought this for my Mom, because she was too weak and in pain to stand in the shower and too uncomfortable to take a bath. The I-Fit Shower Chair has been incredibly helpful. It's very light, so it can be picked up and moved easily. But, it's very sturdy, so Mom feels confident and secure using it.
We were thrilled that Allegro Medical shipped it so quickly. They also emailed shipping statuses and followed up after we received it.

Sturdy, stable, and comfortable. A real help for the aged. Makes showering
far less risky for old bones.

This chair is so strong that your local EMT's used it to carry by husband out of the house. (he couldn't walk at the time)We both use it and it has served us well.
