Really should be zero stars but that is not an option. The shoes came quickly but were oddly formed, maybe 2nds? They had loose dry dirt in them. In trying to send them back for a refund we had to wait several days for a special return authorization number. We got that along with an email advising us that they would charge us a large restocking fee for the return even though the merchandise was defective. We still have not been credited or refuned after two weeks have passed. We paid for the return shipping. We have emailed the company with no response.
