This is probably my favorite green tea. Long Life, a division of Country Life, is a superior brand. I started here and have come back as far as green tea. This tea is extremely smooth and warming. I also like the jasmine and plain varieties. You can use one bag for at least two cups especially if you just drink throughout the day.
One thing I noticed with this tea was that it seems to encourage fat burning. I did not start to drink this to lose weight but I noticed that my pants started to get loose around the waist, so i got a belt. Then, I noticed my belt was loose. I was drinking the tea for about a month when I noticed this and about 2-3 cups daily,so...beware:)
I would definitely encourage anyone interested in green tea to try this particular product!!
