This massaging cushion is perfect for shoulder blade area relief. It's very relaxing. The motion is simple and limited. However, if you're looking for a good deal for your mid back area along the spine ... this is a good choice.

The product is fine. Limitations noted by other reviewers are accurate - the inability to adjust the vertical or horizontal position of the rollers is a bit inconvenient.

Good, but not perfect October 1, 2008
Like a number of people mentioned, it'd be nice if it went farther up to the back of the neck, but I guess that's hard to judge for everyone's neck. Also, would be nice, like others mentioned, if you could have it stop in a particular trouble spot. Would be better for getting out a specific knot. Otherwise, seems well constructed, sturdy, and overall nice to use.
