The best-selling Aneros Helix is part of the Next-Generation line which includes the Maximus and Eupho. The Helix is aggressively shaped and angled, providing immediate pressure and tension on the prostate and surrounding area. It requires less patience and practice to realize benefits. The Helix was designed based on feedback from our customers and several additional design patents. It has a sharply angled stem and large bulbous head which provide a more "aggressive" prostate massage. The redesigned P-Tab provides a more focused external prostate stimulation when massaging the perineum. In terms of dimensions, the Helix is larger at the tip (1 1/16" versus 0.9" on the MGX) and is more angled to provide a more vigorous massage. However, the mid-ridge is slightly smaller (1/16" smaller) on the Helix.

 Nothing special October 26, 2008
I've tried this product over and over. I get a nice feeling periodically, but no "milking" effect, or even an erection. I've actually tried three different products from this manufacturer, and none of them seem able to hit the prostate, or stimulate it.

Believe me, it took some coaxing and a bottle of wine to convince my honey that he was going to enjoy this... But he did!
Some men ignore their backyard completely. But there are some good times to be had back there. Just be gentle with him and use good lube. (And, don't laugh. I tend to giggle so I really had to stifle myself.)
He now thinks I'm some sort of Sex Toy Goddess. Definitely worth the effort of convincing him to give this Aneros a try. ;)

The title says it all. It takes practice and some use to get the hang of it, but once you get it, it gets you good.
It has caused my prostate to be completely milked, plenty of fluid slowly flowing from my penis. Then once the anal contractions begin, it has a mind of its own and leaves me gasping for breath, my heart racing, my body writhing and orgasm after orgasm. All this without a traditional ejaculatory orgasm. Highly recommended but practice and be patient.
