Read product descriptions carefully--the picture includes the brush and brushhead, this product is just the flimsy plastic case. On top of that, they list this as 5 pounds and ship it in a sizable box, presumably to inflate shipping charges, when again, this is a few ounces of flimsy plastic.

This item is an exact fit of my Sonicare toothbrush and provides it protection when I travel. It appears to be a quality made product. I highly recommend this item.
