 Awesome gluten-free baking ingredient. October 28, 2008
I am so glad I found this isolated whey protein. I have found it makes an awesome gluten-replacement of sorts in various recipes I bake. I have written much more about it on my blog:

this is a good protein mix! the best way is to make a milkshake with this it tastes great! and the best thing i like about it is that its all natural! unlike others. and its at a pretty good price!

This protein powder mixes well and is not at all gritty. Every morning I drink a yogurt smoothie, which consists of a small container of yogurt, a scoop of protein powder and a pack of splenda, add ice and a little water or skim milk to thin it out. Its a great breakfast, and the protein contained in one scoop is enough to keep me going for hours.
I was a bit suprised at the size of the container so if your a person who has little kitchen cabinet space you may want to stick with the 1lb container which lasts about 2 weeks at 1 serving per day.

I tried other products but nothing compare with this one... It really works and digestive quickly.
