I really like the way this book is laid out. I find it's very easy to just pick up and breeze through a section of interest in a quick sitting. The information is very thorough and backed up by various studies.

3 out of 5 stars book review   October 19, 2007

This book contained some interesting information about food facts and myths. It was refreshing to read something that was not funded by a special interest group looking to "sell" a product or service. The investigators should have reinforced the concept of individual responsibility in life style choices.

5 out of 5 stars Reference again and again   October 18, 2007

This book is invaluable to me since I am changing my eating habits from an uninformed eat what I want attitude to one of "What the heck is in this stuff"?

I helps a great deal to know just what is good to buy and what is better left on the shelf.
