There is another even better book than 101 Workouts for Women. It is called Ultimate Body Book by Shape Magazine. It has many more exercises (all color photos), extremely useful information and facts and also a section full of recipes. Buy the Ultimate Body Book (by Shape Magazine) or borrow it from the library first. I would rate the Ultimate Body Book 5 out of 5 stars.

I've got a current fitness routine that I follow, but wanted to add to it when I had the time and energy. This book is the perfect addition as it is broken down by body part and the routines are relatively short yet challenging. I can pick a workout from this book based on what I did earlier in the day so that I don't burn out the same body parts on one day. The routines seem to be geared to all different fitness levels and they are very well illustrated with color photos and are easy to follow. This book will definitely become a staple for me because I enjoy VARIETY and this book definitely has that! Well done!
I'm about to be a brick house = ) February 16, 2008 I can just say wow! I sat up and read this book in one night (not that there was much reading) and designed my own workout plan from the instructions in the book. I know how to get long and lean without getting overly bulky. This book addresses so many concerns that women have, and no diet. I already know how to eat, I just need the exercise help. This book did it. The pictures are great, specific, and designed for beginners to the most advance fitness guru. Hats off to the professionals of Muscle Fitness Hers. Truly an amazing product, with so much variety I can't ever see it getting old! I can't wait to see the NEW ME with those brick house measurements!
