The product would not perform as advertised. Their ad said that ice could be placed in the bottle...not so unless it would be slivers only. They would take the product back, but I had to pay the shipping & handling, which eliminated that option.

These hot water bottles are made of durable rubber and are an excellent size for travel. Take them where you like, fill them with hot water, and relax, warm up, and feel better! You'll be happy with this product.
